When you only visit the site
The publicly accessible pages of the site do not use cookies; they do not contain advertising, analytics or social media tracking tools. Fonts and images are loaded from the site's own server; no requests are sent to a third-party service to display the pages.
The hosting provider's servers may keep access logs (such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) for security and service operation purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors.
When you submit a form
In the contact form, full name, phone, e-mail, subject and message are recorded; in the consultation form, full name, phone, the procedure you are interested in and, if you provide one, your message are recorded. The date of the application, the page from which it was submitted, the version of the information text you consented to, and the processing status of the application are also kept with the record.
To prevent abuse and automated submissions, your IP address and browser information are not stored; instead, irreversible hash values derived from them are kept, and a large number of submissions from the same source in a short time are limited.
Your application is notified by e-mail to the clinic's authorized personnel and is stored in an administration panel accessible only to authorized persons.
The forms are not designed to collect medical records or to obtain emergency assistance. Please do not add diagnoses, medical history, test results, medication information, identity documents or photographs to the forms. In emergencies, call 112.
Purposes for which we use your data

- To schedule an examination or consultation at your request,
- To ensure the security of the site and the application system.
Your data are not sold, rented or used for advertising purposes. Submitting a form does not register you on an e-mail or advertising list.
Sharing and transfer
Data may be shared with technical service providers such as hosting and e-mail only to the extent required for the service, and with authorized public institutions only when legally required. If transfer abroad is necessary, this will be carried out in accordance with the conditions in Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
When you use WhatsApp, telephone, or map links, the privacy terms of the respective service apply. Using these links is not required to submit a form.
Retention and security
Applications are retained for the period necessary to fulfill the request and for the relevant legal obligations; when the processing purpose ceases, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymized. The site is served over HTTPS and only authorized persons can access the administration panel.
Minors under 18
Applications on behalf of persons under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian.
